About the Author

Chris Turner was born in Chelsea, London and signed to Southend United as a youth player. He sang on his first hit record at twenty-three and wrote songs for artists such as Cliff Richard. After studying acting at the Bristol Old Vic he produced his first collection of football rhymes in 2006.
